Decisions regarding the use of services—such as whether network filters or firewalls should block specific links—are the responsibility of the Department of Education, schools, or other relevant authorities, not the ST4S team at Education Services Australia (ESA).
ESA is a not-for-profit organisation in Australia that facilitates the ST4S assessment process, passing results and outcomes back to the ST4S Working Group.
